Semper Fi Fitness understands that we wear many different hats in today’s fast paced society. We’re workers, parents, students, and more. For most of us, it can be difficult to fit in the time or gather the energy to train. Or we simply need a professional to ensure that we can fit in our workouts in order to achieve our fitness goals in the most effective and efficient way. Time has become a huge factor and luckily for you, I’m a Marine with some of the best time management skills you’ll ever see.
When you’re training with Shawn Credle, I combat this problem with a “No Excuses” approach and methodology in which I can cater to most situations. Here are the services that SFF currently offers. You’ll see that with the many ways in which I can cater to your fitness goals, I really leave you “No Excuse” to take charge of your health and fitness today!
*All personal training clients receive periodic/scheduled fitness evaluations (typically every 4-5 weeks). This includes updated measurements, body composition (body fat/BMI), etc., updated training program (including ongoing strength evaluations), and ongoing nutritional guidance.




Personal/Mobile/Virtual Trainer
I will work intensively and exclusively with you in order to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. I will train you primarily in my fitness facility (parking available) as well as other locations to diversify your training environment and to conduct other specialized training (beach fitness, aquatic fitness, athletic fitness drills, and more. However, I am a fully mobile and self containing personal trainer that can travel to you. I have all of the necessary equipment to give you a personal one on one intense/efficient workout in your home, office, park, and even on the beach! You don’t need any equipment of your own.
Don’t live near my facility? Like working out at home? Don’t like going to the gym? Travel a lot? No problem. With mobile training, you can have just as an effective workout as if I was there in person. Train with me anywhere you are or go in the world! I have clients in other states and even in other countries. By using your laptop, TV, or even your Tablet/Smartphone, we can setup online/mobile sessions. You can work out with me right from your home, office, hotel room, or at a park all in real time. *coming winter 2013




Group Training/Boot Camps
Have a mutual fitness goal with someone? Don't want to train alone? Want to make your workouts more fun? Train with a buddy or a few friends for healthy competition to give you more motivation and to enhance team building. I will train your small group at the same time with a specialized training session that will include personal and team challenges. I have all of the necessary equipment to give your group a fun, intense, and efficient workout. We can meet at my facility, a park, a beach, or other location. You don’t need any equipment of your own.
This also includes non-private group training sessions such as scheduled periodic Boot Camps that anyone can attend.



Corporate Training
No time to workout before or after work? Are you bored during your lunch break? No worries. I also design and conduct Group Training sessions. I’ll come to your office space/gym or meet you and your fellow team members/employees at a nearby park to conduct “Break Boot Camp” sessions (BBCs). Group training at work is perfect for busy professionals who just can’t seem to find the time to work out but have that lunch break than can be used more efficiently than just checking email or playing games on your phone. I’ll give you more energy to blast through the second half of the work day, you don’t have to make extra time to work out, and it boosts employee morale overall by implementing team building activities that extends outside of the office doors. Most lunch breaks are paid; think of it as you getting paid to work out! I also conduct group training at other parks and even on the beach




Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Training
Do you feel that you just don’t have the time to train with a personal trainer to conduct live sessions with you whether in person or online? Do you just need periodic assessments and new workouts to make sure you continue to keep up your workout intensity and progression? Want to make sure that you don’t plateau? Again, no worries. I will still design/customize a personal training program/package to suit your needs /goals and you can take it with you to perform on your own. As with all of my clients, you will still have me to coach you and reference any questions you may have as well as scheduled periodic assessments so that I may constantly and consistently fine tune your training program and nutritional guidance.
